1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect from you on our website and when you book events at the Cloud Rooftop venue, for what purposes and on what legal basis we process it, and what rights you have.

This document was developed in accordance with Article 32 of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” No. 2297-VI, and the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce.”

By submitting a request through the form on our website or contacting us via messaging apps, you confirm that you have read this Policy and consent to the processing of your data within the limits described below.

The owner and controller of personal data is Cloud Rooftop—a rooftop venue for private events in Kyiv.

You can use these contact details to ask any questions regarding the processing of your data.

We process only the data necessary to organize your evening:

• name and phone number;
• preferred event format and date;
• order details that you provide yourself;
• contact information on messaging apps, if you’ve messaged us there;
• Technical data regarding website visits (IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed)—in an anonymized form.

We do not collect credit card information on our website, nor do we process data from individuals under the age of 18.

• confirming the reservation and finalizing the event details;
• preparing the venue, decorations, menu, and additional services;
• communication with you before, during, and after the event;
• maintaining records of reservations and complying with legal requirements;
• to improve the website’s performance and the quality of our service.

We do not use your contact information for promotional emails without your separate consent.

The legal basis for processing is your voluntary consent, provided by filling out a form or contacting us (Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”), as well as the need to fulfill agreements regarding the organization of the event.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes. Data may be shared only:

• contractors involved in your event (photographer, videographer, caterer, musicians, florists)—to the minimum extent necessary;
• technical service providers (hosting, email, analytics);
• to government authorities in cases expressly provided for by Ukrainian law.

Data is retained for as long as necessary to organize the event and provide after-sales support, but no longer than three years from the date of the last contact, unless a different period is required by law. Upon expiration of this period, the data is deleted or anonymized.

This website uses cookies—small text files that are necessary for the pages to function properly, to remember your language preference, and to collect anonymous visitor statistics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings—doing so may affect your experience on the website.

If a photographer or videographer is working at your event, the footage will be shared with you. We can only publish such photos or videos in our gallery and on social media with your separate consent. You can revoke your consent at any time—we will remove the materials from our platforms.

We implement organizational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, or loss: an encrypted connection (HTTPS), a limited group of individuals with access to applications, and regular software updates.

Under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data,” you have the right to:

• to know where and for what purpose your data is processed;
• access your data and request that it be corrected;
• request the erasure of data or the restriction of its processing;
• withdraw consent to processing;
• to defend their rights in court or to appeal to the Human Rights Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

We may update this Policy—the current version is always available on this page, along with the date of the last update. Material changes take effect upon publication.
